What is your shipping policy?
Online-credit ONLY! (Due to limited stock, exchanges may or may not be possible, contact 1-848-404-9266 or email Kevin.HazelBoutique@gmail.com).
All merchandise must be returned with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed, within 30 days of purchase date (in order to receive online-credit). If you return items that have been tried on and they have make-up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and handling costs. Hazelboutique.squarespace.com does not refund original or return shipping charges. Hazelboutique.squarespace.com is not responsible for items that are lost while in transit to us, so, we recommend on insuring your return package.
